Georgia Democratic Party Suing over Voter ID Law

ATLANTA -- On May 23rd 2008 the Democratic Party filed a lawsuit against the State of Georgia in Superior Court of Fulton County for requiring a photo ID in order to vote. In a parallel case, the party is suing in State court as well, based on the Georgia Constitution.
