Mexico City, Jul 16 (Prensa Latina) The questions for the referendum over oil to be held in this Mexican capital late this month are already in the hands of the Federal Government District (DF) for approval.

The citizens will face two questions on July 27, formulated by a group of experts coming from university institutions and legislative governmental representatives of the city.

People from the capital will have to answer if they agree with the participation of private enterprises in activities which are exclusively of the State at this moment and with energy reform submitted by the Executive to the Congress.

Both questions, prepared with a detailed introduction, have to be approved by the DF Head of government Marcelo Ebrard, who may pass them as they are or propose modification.

The capital administration deputy secretary Juan Jose Garcia assured that people to work in the recipient tables will be ready on Wednesday.

According to the president of the Commission for the Citizens Participation in the DF Legislative Assembly, the organization of the referendum is 60 percent finished.

Media work is essentially what remains, and there will be an intensive publicity campaign in coming days on the procedure.
