Let me say that I forgot to mention two important people who were present at the meeting. both of whom I know well Professor Roger Keeran, distinguished U.S. Labor Historian and co-author of Socialism Betrayed, a vital study of the fall of the Soviet Union, and Frank Goldsmith, head of the regional office of the World Federation of Trade Unions. The clip mentions the President of China's presence along with a contingent from the Chinese Peoples Liberation Army, which of course as a guerrilla army played a central role in the defeat of the Japanese imperial army and occupying force during WWII
