If the Republicans win we can expect the following:

1.  Continuation of the Bush tax  giveaways to the wealthy

2.  Blocking of federal appointees to regulatory positions and the courts

3.  New anti-labor legislation

4.  Draconian spending cuts that will hurt low income families

5.  A new round of attacks on social security

6.  The inundation of Congress with a collection of rightwing crazies whose antics will only  be a boon to Comedy Central, giving their writers  an endless source of material

7.  Increased inequality in wages and incomes

8.  And the preceding seven points are the best case scenario

Get out the vote and work to make sure that the numbers of Republicans in elective office pretty much follows the Republican party's view of progressive taxes-namely, the fewer the better.
