Large majorities of people around the world favor abolishing all nuclear weapons, a new survey from WorldPublicOpinion.org revealed last week.
Respondents to the survey conducted in 21 countries were asked if they supported an international agreement that would require all countries with nuclear weapons to set a timetable for eliminating them, while 'all other countries would be required not to develop them.' In addition, all countries, including their own, 'would be monitored to make sure they are following the agreement.'
