CIA Aircrafts in Turkey
Reports say that the torture aircrafts of the CIA landed the European airports over 300 times. The aircrafts landed most frequently landed Germany and Great Britain, 96 and 80 times respectively. Before this news was released, the Council of Europe had asked all countries to report on that, and declared that the incident would be investigated and punished. In Turkey, the Minister of Transportation Binali Yildirim told that the Turkish airspace is not a free zone, but instead of explaining whether the CIA aircrafts used Turkey, he just said that all permission is given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The imperialists are double faced torturers. It is believed that only the USA is responsible for the invasion and torture in Iraq. But the USA is either receiving direct military backing from a number of countries or getting logistical support through the bases from some other countries in order to spill blood in the Middle East. Torture is also executed with open of covered support from the capitalist world.
When it was revealed that the CIA aircrafts were carrying victims to torture centers, it was seen as an exception. The European imperialists thought that they would get away and utilize this scandal in their own interest, although they are part of it. For that purpose, the Council of Europe declared that the incident would be investigated and that the assisting countries would be punished. We wonder who will punish who, and in way? Germany and Great Britain are hosting the crime of torture. Who will make them pay for that?
But what about Turkey? The AKP government, which is incapable and unwilling to deviate even slightly from the course of the USA, thinks that it can get away by ignoring the incident. The Minister of Transportation raises hell, but he can't say anything clear about whether the CIA aircrafts used the Turkish airspace and airports.
Everybody should acknowledge the style of the government now. The best thing AKP can do is covering its decay with brag. The Minister of Transportation doesn't say that the USA was not served; he says that diplomatic and military flights are subject to permission.
For here we understand that the Republic of Turkey is a supporter of the US imperialism's policy of torture, which is adopted to crush the resistance of the Iraqi people. That means, in the minister's words, that Turkey is the free zone of CIA!
Occupying imperialists and their collaborators in Iraq are illegitimate. The people, who struggle against the occupation and are subject to massacre and torture, are the patriots of Iraq. In Iraq, the resisting patriots are legitimate only.
The place of the people of Turkey is the side of the ones, who claim their country. The government's support to the CIA torturers shall be terminated immediately. It shall be declared at once, how many US military aircrafts landed Turkey, and whom these aircrafts were carrying.
